Muse for Small Business

Muse reads the business.
Your team runs it.

Muse for Small Business looks at your ads, your Instagram, your store, and your books, and drafts a plan. myAgents gives it a back office that runs that plan every week, on a schedule you set: a Customer Desk, Sales follow-up, a Bookkeeper, and Ops, on a shared board your crew can see.

What Muse for Small Business does

From Meta's launch post, as of September 30, 2026.

  • Analyses this year's sales, campaigns, and social and drafts a growth plan
  • Triages what needs your attention across email, calendar, and news
  • Reviews what's working in your ads and content and drafts next week's campaign
  • Reviews the month's financial performance and flags expenses that look off
  • Proactively flags emails that need a reply and writes first drafts
  • Nothing publishes, sends, or spends without your approval

Connectors at launch: Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts, Meta ad accounts, Asana, Box, Canva, Dropbox, Figma, Granola, HighLevel, Intuit QuickBooks, Klaviyo, Lovable, Notion, Shopify, Slack, Stripe, Zoom. Muse for Small Business is free for most use, with paid plans above the usage caps.

What the team adds

The parts of a business that need more than one agent and one person.

  • Four specialists with their own skills, each scoped to its own tools
  • A schedule you set once: Monday brief, weekly quote chase, invoice reminders at 7, 14, and 30 days
  • The channels customers actually use: Gmail, Google reviews, and WhatsApp Business (set up with you, after Meta's Business approval)
  • CRM: HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho. Plus Microsoft 365 for the Outlook crowd
  • A board your crew shares, with roles and honest status
  • Done only when a real run produced the work. Every run itemized

What to hand off from Muse

The Back Office team, agent by agent, with the sentence that sends the work.

Customer Desk

Drafts replies to customer questions, cools down complaints, answers every review in your voice. You post.

Tools: Gmail, Google reviews and Business Profile, and WhatsApp Business (set up with you, after Meta's Business approval)

“Have my Customer Desk draft replies to today's unanswered WhatsApps and the two new Google reviews.”

Sales & Follow-up

Keeps every open quote on a list with a next-nudge date. Drafts the follow-up when a quote goes quiet.

Tools: Gmail, HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM

“Ask Sales which quotes have gone quiet for more than a week and draft the nudges.”

Bookkeeper

Tracks invoices out and payments in, chases late payers at 7, 14, and 30 days, keeps bill due-dates from surprising you.

Tools: QuickBooks, Gmail, Google Sheets

“Hand my Bookkeeper the overdue invoices and ask for friendly reminders I can approve.”

Operations Manager

Keeps the day on track, drafts vendor and reorder emails, writes the SOPs the crew keeps asking about.

Tools: Gmail, Google Calendar, Microsoft 365, Slack

“Ask Ops for the Monday brief: what slipped last week and what's due this week.”

A Tuesday, with both

  1. 6:00 Ops runs the Monday brief a day late because you asked it to. Three things slipped. It's on the board.
  2. 8:30 You open Muse: “What did my team flag?” Muse reads the board and tells you. You say “have Sales chase the two quiet quotes.”
  3. 8:31 Muse creates the work item and assigns Sales. Sales drafts both nudges from what you actually quoted.
  4. 12:10 You approve the drafts from your phone. Muse, meanwhile, negotiated the supplier bill and booked the van service. That part was always Muse's.
  5. 18:00 “What got done today?” Muse reads the deliveries. Two nudges sent by you, one review answered, three invoices reminded. Nothing claimed that didn't happen.

Say this to Muse

  • “Have my Customer Desk draft replies to today's unanswered WhatsApps and the two new Google reviews.”
  • “Ask Sales which quotes have gone quiet for more than a week and draft the nudges.”
  • “Hand my Bookkeeper the overdue invoices and ask for friendly reminders I can approve.”
  • “Ask Ops for the Monday brief: what slipped last week and what's due this week.”

Questions people ask

Muse for Small Business already connects to QuickBooks and Shopify. Why add myAgents?
Because a connector is not a bookkeeper. Muse can read your books when you ask. A Bookkeeper on myAgents watches them on a schedule, drafts the reminders on day 7, 14, and 30, and shows you each run on the board. Same for sales and customers. Muse is the front desk; the team is the back office.
Which connectors does myAgents add that Muse for Small Business doesn't list?
As of September 30, 2026: Microsoft 365 (Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint), Google Business Profile and Google reviews, HubSpot, Salesforce, and Zoho CRM, plus WhatsApp Business (set up with you, after Meta's Business approval). Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, and Google Sheets are on both sides in different forms. Every agent gets only the connectors you grant it.
What does it cost next to Muse for Small Business?
Muse for Small Business is free for most use, with paid plans above the usage caps. myAgents starts at $10 in free credits with no card, then $25 a month per person for the whole team with $25 of credit included, viewers free. Muse's reported paid plans, $20 and $100 a month, buy more usage for the same one agent. Ours buys more hands.
Can my staff use it, or only me?
Your crew shares the board. Admins run the team, members work with the agents, viewers watch. Muse stays your personal assistant; the team is shared with the people who actually run the place.
Will agents send things to my customers without me?
Not unless you grant it. By default agents draft, and you send and publish. Sending is a per-agent permission you can give one specific agent, and even then it sends only what you asked for or approved. Same spirit as Muse for Small Business, and we say it proudly: the approval step is the feature.
