Said plainly: if one assistant is all you want, Muse's free tier is the better deal. Why we're glad Muse exists
Let's be plain about scale. Meta can put Muse in front of anyone with WhatsApp or Instagram installed, on day one, for free. Today that means the US and Canada. We can't do that, and we're not trying to. We're a small company in Canada building for people who run small things: a practice, a shop, a channel, a household with two adults and a calendar.
That suits us. Every person who tells Muse to book the table, watches it work, and taps approve on the email learns how working with an agent feels: hand it access, let it go, approve the sensitive bits, expect a receipt. Meta is teaching that to millions of people at once, and doing it well. That's our onboarding, done for us.
